Description
The City of Marietta is seeking a design‑build contractor to construct a new dumpster enclosure at 90 Hansell Street. The contractor will be responsible for demolition, site preparation, concrete slab, CMU walls with brick façade, a metal shed roof, gated entry, drainage improvements, electrical service, and lighting. Permits, architectural and engineering drawings, and all construction materials are the contractor’s responsibility. The enclosure must accommodate up to nine 8‑yard front‑load dumpsters, provide interior gate access, and match the aesthetic of existing municipal structures. The project is slated to start on 4 January 2027 and must be completed within 90 days of notice to proceed. A mandatory pre‑proposal conference on 13 Oct 2026 will review requirements and the site.
