Description
The Massachusetts Department of State Police is seeking bids for the Revere Barracks Roof Replacement and Associated work project. The project includes the removal of existing roofing systems, demolition and installation of new concrete deck, installation of a self-adhered vapor retarder, insulation, terracotta tiles, and a modified bituminous roof system. The project also includes masonry, roofing, lath and plastering, painting and coating, and electrical work. The project is scheduled for 425 calendar days to substantial completion. The minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety.
