Chiller Replacement @ Mary Keller Zervigon School

The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking bids for the replacement of a chiller at Mary Keller Zervigon School. The project involves mechanical work and requires contractors to be licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of Mechanical Work (Statewide). The bid documents can be obtained from Pivotal Engineering LLC, and bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5% of the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternates.
