Bid Package #5 - Site Upgrade to South Lake High - South Lot

The South Lake Schools is seeking bids for the Site Upgrade to South Lake High School - South Lot project. The project consists of separate sealed bids for sitework, asphalt paving, exterior concrete, electrical, and other related work. A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 12, 2026, to review the project bidding documents and answer questions. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting. The bids must include sworn and notarized statements, and a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract, provide insurance certificates, and file the required bonds within 10 days of notice of award. • The project involves site upgrades to South Lake High School - South Lot. • The bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected. • The bid security must be in the amount of 5% of the bid. • The successful bidder may be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
