Description
The Agency of Education is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to design, develop, and implement an integrated improvement planning ecosystem for districts. The selected contractor will provide services including development of quality rubrics, equity index, foundation formula calculator, strategic budget development tool, staffing matrix, and workforce planning tool. The contractor will also integrate all planning tools into a district quality improvement and merger planning platform. The contract period is 2 years with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods.

* Developing quality rubrics and equity index
* Creating a foundation formula calculator and strategic budget development tool
* Establishing a staffing matrix and workforce planning tool
* Integrating all planning tools into a district quality improvement and merger planning platform
* Providing training and support to districts and state leaders
