Waterleaf & Steeplechase Parks Parking Lot Improvements

The City of Kyle is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for both Steeplechase Park and Waterleaf Park. The selected contractor must have the capacity to manage and execute work at both sites concurrently. The project involves parking lot improvements, including excavation, removal of rock boulders, concrete sidewalk, and asphalt pavement, as well as the installation of new sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. The contractor must also propose strategies to minimize disruptions to the public and ensure safe access to the parks during construction.
