Alabama’s Department of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver high‑quality professional‑learning services focused on Structured Literacy (Phase 3 of the Science‑of‑Reading continuum). The contract will cover the design, development, and delivery of both face‑to‑face and virtual training for K‑12 educators, including ongoing coaching and resources. Vendors must provide evidence of 3‑5 years of successful outcomes, comply with E‑Verify, and be able to present per‑educator and unlimited‑use pricing structures. The award will be made after a five‑day Intent‑to‑Award period and may be cancelled with limited notice.
• Deliver structured‑literacy training (in‑person, live virtual, or recorded) for multiple educator audiences.
• Provide complete training materials, pre‑ and post‑assessment tools, and alignment to Alabama’s 2021 English Language Arts standards.
• Submit a detailed budget (total cost, per‑participant cost, minimum/maximum cohort sizes, and cost breakdown by delivery mode).
