P-1241 Low Altitude Radio Communication System (LARCS) Communication Towers Contract for Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), Twentynine Palms, CA

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking a contractor to design and construct new communication towers and restore and modernize existing communication towers on remote mountaintops or hilltops at the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC) in Twentynine Palms, California. The project includes: • Design and construction of four new 140-foot high communication towers and foundations • Inspection and repair of seven existing communication towers and foundations • Design and construction of foundations and site improvements for equipment shelters and waveguide bridges • Provision of necessary utilities to the site as required • Coordination and collaboration with multiple Government/Department of Defense (DOD) commands The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. The period of performance for the design and construction of P1241 will be 1,460 calendar days from contract award.
