Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Pearl Harbor (PH) Regional Contracting Office is soliciting quotations for commercial services related to the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and storage. The contractor will be required to furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified, for the preparation of personal property. The services will include packing, containerization, and local drayage. The contract will be for a period of performance from 01 July 2026 through 31 December 2026. The place of performance will be Honolulu, Hawaii.
• The contractor must provide a quality control program that includes an inspection system for services.
• The contractor must provide weight tickets, properly certified, to support billings for payment.
• The contractor must prepare and submit various reports, including a weekly report, a report of shipments on hand, and an outsize air cargo report.
• The contractor must notify the TO in the event of incidents of major significance that produce loss, damage, or delay to personal property shipments.
