Teacher Laptops

The DeSoto County School District is seeking bids for the purchase of teacher laptops. The laptops must meet or exceed the specifications listed in the bid document, which includes a minimum of 16 GB RAM, 250GB SSD, and a 15.6" screen. The laptops will be used by teachers in the district and must be delivered by June 1, 2026. The district is looking for a vendor that can provide a comprehensive solution, including pre-delivery services, warranty, and repair. • The laptops must be able to charge completely from the USB-C port adapter and must be able to charge from a totally dead battery state using the USB-C charger without modifying any settings on the laptop. • The laptops must come with a manufacturer-approved USB-C adapter/charger. • The laptops must have a spill-resistant keyboard and a full-sized ASCI keyboard. • The laptops must support Wireless 6E and have at least two USB-C ports, one of which can be used for charging. • The laptops must have a touch screen and a touch mouse pad. • The laptops must have a 3-year accidental/drop-damage warranty.
