Lolo National Forest - Lookout Pass FAA Comm Site Parking Area

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Forest Service is seeking a contractor to construct an FAA Site Parking Area at Lookout Pass FAA Communication Site on the Superior Ranger District, Lolo National Forest. The work will include demolishing and removing the remainder of an existing building, removing stockpiled building debris, constructing a 10’ gravel apron around the entire approach road, and constructing a 50’ long approach gravel road. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. • The project is set-aside for small business concerns. • The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractors. • The small business size standard is $19M. • The contractor will be required to submit a Work Schedule, Safety Plan, Hazardous Materials/Environmental Plan, and all Materials to be used on this Project. • The contractor will be responsible for providing waste water facilities for their operation.
