RFP - Guide Rail Installation, Repair, Replacement and Maintenance Services

The Cortland County Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Guide Rail Installation, Repair, Replacement and Maintenance Services on County-owned roadways and transportation infrastructure. The selected contractor(s) shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, supervision, and incidentals necessary to furnish and install guide rail systems and related appurtenances in accordance with NYSDOT standards. All RFP submissions must be received at the Cortland County Department of Public Works no later than August 13, 2026 at 2:00pm at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
