Description
The US Air Force intends to issue a sole-source contract for municipal solid waste management services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) installations. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to perform base-wide services for municipal solid waste collection and disposal, including asbestos disposal. The services will be provided in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• The period of performance is from 01 February 2026 to 31 March 2026.
• The contractor will be required to provide services at multiple JBSA installations, including Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, Canyon Lake military recreational areas, and Seguin Airfield.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• The contract is a sole-source award to Perry Management Corporation of South Dakota LLC.
