The City of Claremont is seeking a qualified pest‑control contractor to provide rodent (ground squirrel/gopher) abatement services at three municipal sites: Oak Park Cemetery, La Puerta Park, and Padua Avenue Park. The contract covers an initial two‑year period with the option to extend up to three additional one‑year terms (maximum five years). Bidders must submit a detailed cost proposal covering an initial 4‑6 hour service and ongoing per‑service rates, and must meet insurance, licensing, prevailing‑wage, and 24/7 contact requirements.
