This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, and install a 197‑ft metal awning over the employee entrance sidewalk at the Western Mental Health Institute in Bolivar, TN, plus an additional 6‑8 ft raised roof section to accommodate box‑truck pull‑under access. The scope includes all labor, materials, permits, lighting (LED general illumination and emergency egress with battery backup), structural supports, concrete footings, site safety measures, and post‑installation documentation (as‑built drawings, warranties).
