Secondary Pharmacy Distribution Services

Roswell Park is seeking proposals, in accordance with the criteria set forth in this Request for Proposal (each a “Proposal”), from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”). Respondents are advised to carefully review and consider the RFP requirements before submitting their proposal responses; all as further set forth in this RFP. The intent of this RFP is to contract with a secondary pharmaceutical distributor(s) who can provide, but not limited to oral medications, oral suspensions, and other pharmaceutical medications to be determined on an "as needed" basis. Roswell Park is requesting respondents provide answers to the questions listed in the “Requirements Questionnaire”.
