Pre-Qualification of General Contractors for the Construction of Vista Park Phase II

The City of Weston is seeking pre-qualification proposals from certified general contractors for the construction of Vista Park Phase II. The project involves building a new recreation building with a multipurpose gymnasium, walking/running track, multipurpose rooms, event rooms, and other support spaces. The exterior program includes parking, landscaping, demolition of an existing playground, construction of a new shaded playground, splashpad, multipurpose courts, and conversion of natural grass soccer fields to artificial turf fields. • The building will have a capacity to house a multipurpose gymnasium area for indoor sports and other uses. • The project is expected to begin in Fall of 2026. • The City is requesting proposals from certified general contractors licensed by the State of Florida. • The project includes construction of a new recreation building and exterior program.
