Contractor Services for Raymur Forcemain Trenchless Rehabilitation

The City of Vancouver invites Tenders from qualified contractors for the trenchless rehabilitation of the Raymur Forcemain. The Work is expected to begin by February 2, 2026, and substantial performance is targeted for May 31, 2026. The Tenderer must provide a detailed construction schedule, traffic management plan, and Site-specific safety and health plan. The City of Vancouver encourages supplier diversity and intends to create economic opportunities to businesses that are majority owned/controlled/certified by under-represented populations. • The project requires the rehabilitation of the Raymur Forcemain using trenchless methods. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. • The project includes requirements for hazardous materials abatement, traffic management, and safety planning. • The City of Vancouver has a preference for contractors who can demonstrate experience working with diverse suppliers and subcontractors. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced tender that meets all the requirements outlined in the ITT.
