PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD (PDB) GRAND AVENUE FLEET GARAGE PROJECT

The County of Orange is seeking a design-build entity to provide design and construction services for a new fleet garage facility. The project involves creating a centralized, modern hub for the County's fleet operations, including state-of-the-art service bays, administrative and technician workspaces, parts storage, and improved traffic flow for fleet vehicles. Respondents must provide a statement of qualifications, including information on their company, experience, staffing, and approach to the project. • The project has a conceptual budget estimate range of $20,000,000 to $25,000,000. • The expected completion date is no later than the end of 2027. • The project requires compliance with OC Public Works Standards and OCFCD design standards. • The project involves coordinating with OC Public Works and regulatory agencies. • The respondent must have experience with designing and constructing similar facilities. • The respondent must have a proven track record of successful project delivery using the progressive design-build method.
