Business Process Engineer - USPS OIG

The United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General (USPS OIG) is seeking a business process engineer to analyze, redesign, and optimize USPS OIG HR related workflows in preparation for transition to Workday Core Human Capital Management system (HCM). The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience working with Workday Core HCM as a product, including configuration, implementation, or support of its core modules. The key responsibilities of the project include mapping as-is and to-be HR processes, identifying bottlenecks and redundant steps, and delivering actionable recommendations for process automation and efficiency. • The project requires a customer-centric approach to ensure ease of use for front-end users. • The business process engineer will work with multiple directorates within Mission Support to capture all relevant processes and identify efficiencies. • The candidate must have experience mapping HR workflows for organizations of similar size and complexity. • The project timeline and cost range will be determined based on the responses received from this RFI.
