Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a sole source proposal from Raytheon Collins Aerospace for the Air Defense Interrogator (ADI) TPX-57A(V)1 Hardware Upgrade- Phase II. The proposal should include pricing for one (1) year following contract award for the quantities listed in the table. The contractor shall provide a detailed cost breakdown report, including labor categories, labor hours, material and equipment cost, and a total cost breakdown. The proposal should also include a summary schedule, fully supportable cost data, and working Excel formulas.
• The proposal should be submitted before 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), March 23, 2026.
• The contractor shall price options to produce new AN/TPX-57A(V)1 units using the provided schedule.
• The proposal should include a completed Proposal Adequacy Checklist located in DFARS 252.215-7009.
• The contractor shall identify and address any actual or potential Organizational Conflicts of Interests (OCIs) in its proposal.
