The City of Quincy is soliciting a Request for Qualifications to pre-qualify filed sub-bid trade contractors and general contractors for the HVAC Electrification Project at Snug Harbor Elementary School. The project requires DCAMM certification in the category of General Building Construction and respective trades. The project scope includes electrical switchgear expansion, replacement of HVAC systems, painting, acoustic ceilings, and limited flooring replacement. Construction is to begin in summer 2026 and be completed in several phases through summer 2027.
