Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking qualified contractors to repair the filter gallery at the Richard Miller Treatment Plant (RMTP). The work includes demolition, concrete repair, steel work, waterproofing, and related site work to restore the filter gallery to operational condition. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Self‑Service system, accompanied by the required bid bond and completed Volume 2 forms. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a performance bond equal to 100 % of the contract value. The contractor must begin work within five calendar days of notice and complete the project within 575 days, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for delays.
