Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace the flooring on Ward 4 East (4E) at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. The project involves demoing the existing floor, sanding and scarifying, and installing new sheet vinyl flooring. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the project. The project must be completed within three months, and the contractor will be paid upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice.
* The contractor must have a current SDVOSB registration and ORCA in the System Award Management (SAM) database.
* The contractor must provide 10-Hour OSHA Training for all personnel involved in the project.
* The contractor must ensure that all tools and equipment are secured, and all debris is removed from the facility at the end of each workday.
* The contractor must comply with Federal and Agency records management policies.
