Description
The USDA is seeking a contractor to perform duties related to the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant at Hardin Ridge Recreation Area, Hoosier National Forest, located in Heltonville, Indiana. The contract will consist of one base period and four option periods, with a total duration of five years. The contractor will be responsible for performing tasks such as weekly inspections of lift stations, complete and submit monthly discharge monitoring reports, and operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant.
• The contractor must provide a technical description of how they will meet the Government's requirements.
• The contractor must provide a summary of their past performance, including relevant projects completed in the last three years.
• The contractor must provide a management description detailing their ability to manage technical performance, time constraints, and subcontractor personnel.
• The Government will evaluate the contractor's firm fixed price quote for price reasonableness.
