Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk is seeking quotes for the supply of propeller tents. The required structures are manufactured only by Rubb Inc., based in Sanford, Maine, and their authorized reseller, Cocoon Inc. The contract will be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract, and the award will be made to the vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government. The period of performance will be 90 days following contract award.
• The vendor shall provide a technical submission that demonstrates the quoted supplies meet the minimum specifications detailed in the attached Statement of Work.
• The vendor shall provide delivery lead times.
• The vendor shall certify that it is a Manufacturer Authorized Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer.
• The vendor shall provide a current authorized reseller certification for all quoted brand name item(s).
• The vendor shall provide the country of origin for all quoted items.
