Getchell Switching Station Structures and Fasteners

This RFQ seeks qualified suppliers to fabricate and deliver galvanized steel structures and associated fasteners for the Getchell Switching Station. The District requires full compliance with Specification 05120 and the detailed drawings (Appendix B). All items must be shipped DDP to the Everett PUD operations center by 12 Feb 2027, with bid security of 5 % and performance security of 25 % of the awarded amount. The contract will be awarded around 3 Nov 2026, with a net‑30‑day payment term after acceptance. • Fabricate 6 × 115 kV 3‑Phase Bus Support Structures (DWG S‑132‑S5) • Fabricate 10 × 115 kV 3‑Phase Bus Support Structures (DWG S‑132‑S6) • Fabricate 18 × 115 kV “V” Switch Structures (DWG S‑132‑S7) • Fabricate 2 × 115 kV PT Support Structures (DWG S‑132‑S8) • Fabricate 1 × 115 kV 1‑Phase SSVT Support Structure (DWG S‑132‑S9) • Fabricate 1 × 115 kV “V” Switch‑to‑Bus Support Adapter (DWG S‑132‑S10) • Provide all required fasteners per drawing list • Deliver to Everett, WA site by 12 Feb 2027, FOB destination (DDP) • Submit electronic bid by 2 PM PST, 16 Oct 2026; include bid bond (5 %) and signed proposal form.
