Description
The City of Columbus is seeking a vendor to provide a complete Mobile LED Light Plant‑Trailer system for its Power Division. The contract covers the supply of a trailer body and a fully‑featured, factory‑new Generac‑type mobile LED light plant (or an equivalent unit that meets or exceeds the listed specifications), delivery to the city’s address, installation, on‑site training, a one‑year warranty, and ongoing rapid‑response service (within 24 hours of a service call). The vendor must also furnish required insurance documentation (COI and workers’ compensation) as part of the offer.
• Provide one steel‑frame trailer body (leaf‑spring suspension, leveling jacks, outriggers, 7‑pin DOT plug, etc.).
• Supply one Generac‑MLT‑4060‑type mobile LED light plant with ≥ 188,000 lumens, 3‑cylinder Kubota diesel engine, 4 LED fixtures, and all associated electrical and control components.
• Deliver, install, and train city personnel on operation; provide on‑site support within 24 hours of any service request and a minimum one‑year factory warranty.
