Long-Term Investment Management

The Georgia Housing and Finance Authority is seeking proposals for long-term investment management services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to acquire professional services that will further develop and improve the long-term investment objectives, standards of prudence, eligible investments and transactions, internal controls, reporting requirements, and safekeeping and custodial procedures necessary for the prudent management of the investment funds of GHFA. • The RFP includes various attachments such as a scope of work, mandatory scored documents, and a revised contract rate schedule. • Suppliers are required to submit a signed acknowledgment of the addendum with their RFP response. • The RFP is open to suppliers who can provide long-term investment management services to the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority.
