Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

Based on typical municipal consulting fees for a one‑year SSO feasibility study, the budget is likely to fall between $50,000 and $150,000. Lower end assumes a small boutique firm handling data analysis and a brief report; higher end reflects a larger firm providing extensive market analysis, detailed engineering assessments, and multiple stakeholder workshops. Factors influencing the final amount include the depth of regulatory review, required engineering design, and the level of stakeholder engagement.
