Description
Prince George’s County Public Schools is seeking pre‑qualified vendors to provide comprehensive professional‑development (PD) services that support the district’s Office of Community Schools. The work involves designing, delivering, and evaluating PD programs focused on SEL, trauma‑informed practices, culturally responsive teaching, and family engagement for K‑12 educators and staff. Vendors must manage data entry into the district’s Community School Data Management System, comply with extensive background‑check and insurance requirements, and be capable of supporting monthly or school‑determined training sessions using various delivery formats (in‑person, virtual, blended, self‑paced).
• Monthly (or as‑needed) PD workshops covering SEL, trauma‑informed care, culturally responsive instruction, and optional academic support.
• Development of curriculum‑aligned training materials, assessments, and quarterly impact reports.
• Mandatory use of the PGCPS Community School Data Management System for participant tracking and retention of records (minimum 3‑5 years).
• Full compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, background‑check, Safe‑Schools training, and insurance (CGL, cyber‑liability, workers’ comp).
• Optional partnership with certified MBEs to meet a 15 % spend goal; local‑preference may be considered.
