Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build renovation of the amphitheater at the Community Arts Center. The work includes site clearing, grading, earthwork, construction of concrete seating terraces with cast‑in‑place walls, expansion of the stage, new concrete sidewalks, coating systems for exposed walls, metal repainting, site lighting, electrical upgrades, sod and turf restoration, and various site amenities.
