Description
The Hartwell Downtown Development Authority is seeking competitive sealed bids for a comprehensive renovation of the historic Hart County Community Theatre in Hartwell, GA. The scope includes upgrading the lobby, concessions area, balcony, technical booth, and theatre seating while coordinating work around an active performance schedule. Bidders must hold a valid Georgia General Contractor license, provide bid, performance, and payment bonds, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations including Davis‑Bacon, Buy‑America, and Section 3 HUD requirements. The project is funded in part by the Appalachian Regional Commission and local matching funds.
