East Mississippi State Hospital is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive campus beautification services across multiple sites in Meridian and Newton, Mississippi. The work includes landscape design, installation of trees, shrubs, seasonal plantings, turf improvements, lawn maintenance, walkway and courtyard enhancements, decorative planters, seating areas, and removal of debris or invasive vegetation. Contractors must demonstrate experience with large‑scale landscaping projects, hold appropriate Mississippi licenses and insurance, and be able to operate safely within active healthcare facilities. Bids must include a company profile, detailed work plan, itemized cost estimate, maintenance schedule, and safety/environmental practices. The award will be made on the submission deadline, with work expected to start the day after award.
