Crabbe Library Elevator Upgrade

The Eastern Kentucky University is seeking bids for upgrades to the elevator in the Crabbe Library. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 12/3/2025. Bids are due by 12/11/2025. The project has an estimated cost of $250,000.00 and is expected to be completed within 135 days from the start date. • The project requires a lump sum bid for the upgrade of the elevator. • The bidder must provide a list of similar projects in both size and scope as being requested by this solicitation. • The bidder must provide a list of current projects under contract and bonded. • The bidder must upload a current ACORD certificate of insurance per the requirements outlined in the Article 4 of the "EKU Solicitation Instructions and Conditions" document.
