Radio Systems

The US Air Force is proposing to award a sole-source contract to FlexRadio, Inc. for the procurement of Radio Systems. The required systems include various radio transceivers, software and firmware sustainment licenses, and other related accessories. The Government has determined that other companies' products and services do not meet or cannot be modified to meet the Government's needs, and that FlexRadio, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of the required systems. The contract is intended for use with existing infrastructure that is comprised of FlexRadio, Inc. branded systems, and the Government requires compatibility and connectivity with existing infrastructure. * The required systems include: * Wideband HF Transceiver (ML-9600X) * ML Series 1-year Software and Firmware Sustainment License (ML-1SSL) * ShackMaster Power 600 (SHMST-600) * ML-9600 Auxiliary Waveform Processor (9600-WPKT) * Waveform Development and Porting Kit License (9600-WDPK-S) * Precision Time Stamping License (9600-PTSL) * 1-Kilowatt Wideband HF SDR Communications System (MLS-9601)
