Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for storage tank repairs at 6 different locations for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA). The job includes providing all labor, commercial grade materials, tools, and equipment necessary to make repairs to 20 storage tanks. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and the specifications contained in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
• The contractor must provide a performance bond if required.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment practices and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including a W-9 form and proof of registration with the Louisiana Secretary of State.
• The contractor must agree to abide by the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other federal and state laws related to accessibility.
