Resiliency Center Appliance Installation

The Township of North Brunswick is seeking a vendor to deliver and install appliances, purchased from MAP Restaurant Supplies, to its Municipal Complex as part of an ongoing Resiliency Center project. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing mechanical hookups, erecting and assembling walk-in boxes, and providing a 1-year preventative maintenance contract on equipment installed. Key responsibilities include: • Perform mechanical hookups/startups to specified item numbers • Erect, assemble and perform refrigeration hookups/startups for walk-in box items • Pick-up, deliver, and install counter with stone tops from Aero • Provide a 1-year preventative maintenance contract on equipment installed The vendor must comply with various regulations, including the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law, the New Jersey prevailing Wage Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder • The vendor must provide proof of business registration and insurance certificates • The vendor must comply with affirmative action requirements and provide an EEO certificate The Township of North Brunswick reserves the right to reject any bid and to cancel or terminate the contract if the vendor fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
