Description
The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is seeking bids for the reconstruction of the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) between Mile Post 32.4 and Mile Post 33.6 in Cook County, Illinois. The work under this contract shall consist of widening and pavement reconstruction, median retaining wall, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), infrastructure, drainage improvements, temporary and permanent lighting, pavement marking and signing, erosion control and landscaping, maintenance of traffic, and other miscellaneous work.
• The bid opening meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on March 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. U.S. Central Time.
• Vendors must be registered with the Illinois Procurement Gateway to be deemed responsive to this solicitation.
• The contract has a BEP/VBP participation goal of 23% and 2%, respectively.
