Koper, Slovania S&RTS

The USTRANSCOM is seeking a contractor to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the Port of Koper, Slovenia. The contractor will be responsible for handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo, including containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and aircraft. The contractor will need to provide labor, equipment, gear, tools, documents, materials, and management services to satisfy all tasks provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor will need to manage US Military cargo transitioning through the Port of Koper. • The contractor will need to provide S&RTS services, including receipt, handling, and disposition of cargo. • The contractor will need to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor will need to submit a technical proposal, price proposal, and contract documentation.
