Description
The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) is seeking evidence of qualifications from consultants with recognized expertise and demonstrated experience in the development, refinement, and operation of travel demand models, with particular emphasis on advanced modeling applications and post-processing outputs. The purpose is to assist and support GTC in the continuous refinement, optimization, and operation of its travel demand model to accurately reflect real world traffic conditions within the Rochester Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA).
Interested firms must request a copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package from GTC by contacting Chris Tortora, Program Manager, via email at [email protected]. The RFQ Package will be made available in PDF on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
