Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive international flight support services for the Texas Department of Transportation. The contract will cover all aspects of flight support, including but not limited to flight planning, crew coordination, ground handling, customs clearance, and related travel management services for international operations. The solicitation is a readvertisement of a prior solicitation and includes detailed Statement of Work and pricing schedules.
