NAVSTA Rota Galley Scullery and Potshed Services

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide scullery and potshed services at the Gateway Galley, Food Service Facility, Building 38 at NAVSTA, Rota, Spain. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel and supervision necessary to perform services, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils, rolling silverware in napkins, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the main scullery and pot-washing room. The contractor will also be required to provide medical fitness certification for all employees and ensure that all employees meet personal hygiene requirements. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and silverware. • The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of 250 sets of wrapped silverware before each meal. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all food service and sanitation areas remain clean and fully functional inside and outside of normal meal service times. • The contractor will be required to provide adequate staffing at all times to render all cleaning services described in the contract. • The contractor will be responsible for conforming to all safety requirements and regulations.
