Rowan University is rebidding a contract to supply its campus‑wide Print Center with a broad array of paper‑based products, vinyl and adhesive films, foam core, display accessories, packaging supplies, inks, hardware and related consumables. Vendors must provide pricing for a fixed list of 36 core items (prices must remain firm through 30 Jun 2028) and may optionally quote additional items listed in Appendix A. The contract requires rapid delivery (≥98 % next‑business‑day) and strict return/credit terms, with electronic invoicing and five‑year record‑keeping.
