Description
The University of Wisconsin‑Stout’s Printing Services department is issuing an RFI to gather detailed information from local print vendors about capabilities, quality controls, pricing structures, equipment, software interfaces, delivery frequencies, and sample work. Vendors are asked to complete three exhibits: general company information, provide six sample print jobs (including finished and unfinished copies), and submit a detailed cost breakdown for a 100‑piece run of each sample. Responses are due by 2:00 PM CST on May 9, 2013. No contract will be awarded as a result of this RFI; the data will be used to shape future procurement strategies.
