The City of Baton Rouge-Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking a third-party claims administrator to provide medical claims administration services. The selected proposer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, employee-centered service while supporting the municipality's commitment to responsible financial management. The scope of work includes project management, grant management, and administrative related services. Proposers must submit a proposal that includes a cover letter, table of contents, proposer qualifications and experience, organizational structure, and financial proposal. • The proposal must be submitted in a specific format, with one original and seven copies, and a redacted copy if applicable. • The proposer must demonstrate an understanding of the requirements and provide a straightforward, concise description of their ability to meet the requirements. • The proposer must also provide information on their experience, qualifications, and organizational structure. • The City-Parish reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to cancel the RFP if it is in the best interest of the City-Parish.
