Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is seeking a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the calibration, repair, and certification of Government-owned measurement and test equipment. The contract will include one base year and four option years. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, OEM parts, calibration standards, traceability documentation, and certifications necessary to meet the Government’s technical requirements.
• The contract will be awarded under NAICS Code 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance)
• The size standard for this NAICS code is $34 million
• The contract will include one base year and four option years
• The solicitation will be available on or around March 13, 2026
• Potential vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be eligible for award
