Description
This solicitation awards a sole‑source, five‑year indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Electronic Warfare System Integration Test Environment (EW SITE) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division. The contractor will provide a field service representative, travel support, and commercial products up to a $14.1 M ceiling, along with associated data deliverables. The award is set‑aside for small‑business entities (HubZone, SDVOSB, WOSB/EDWOSB) and requires compliance with numerous FAR/DFARS clauses, including CMMC Level 1 and unique item identification.
