Coffee Co. FY 2026 LMIG - Hickory Lane, Street and Drainage Improvements

The Coffee County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the installation of Street and Drainage Improvements to Hickory Lane. The project includes street and drainage improvements, and all work must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in favor of the owner in the amount of at least 5% of the lump sum bid for the complete work. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by law and approved by the Attorney for the County. • The project is funded by the Georgia Department of Transportation's Fiscal Year 2026 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG). • Bidders must be a current "Prequalified Contractor" with the Georgia Department of Transportation or be approved in writing by the owner prior to bids being opened. • The Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, current 2021 Edition, Supplemental Edition, 2024 Editions, and any applicable Special Provisions, contained within this contract will be applicable to this project.
