Description
The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking competitive bids for a Truck Bed Fire Skid with a 225-gallon tank. The skid should be equivalent to or exceed the Minuteman XD Truck Fire Skid and comply with the provided specifications. The contract term is a one-time purchase, and the project should be completed as soon as possible after the award date. The specifications include a Honda GX270 engine, a WATERAX VERSAX 9-Series Fire Pump, and a 100' x 1" Kochek Lightweight NFPA Booster Fire Hose. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the item to 1033 Lake Road, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
• The bid should include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
• The vendor shall pay all taxes lawfully imposed on it with respect to any product or service delivered in accordance with this bid event.
• The State of Kansas is exempt from state sales or use taxes and federal excise taxes for direct purchases.
• The bid should include a completed Bidder Registration, a completed and signed Signature Sheet, and other required forms.
• The successful bidder will be required to comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and other applicable laws and regulations.
